It is our new - "part time" job. Or I should properly state, Jason's new job and I am his assistant.
At the market, and some other places, we are selling delicious apple fritters. No, these are not Tim Horton's Doughnut style fritters - but the apple rings dipped in batter, deep fried and then topped off with scrumptious real maple syrup APPLE FRITTERS. If you have ever been to the St. Jacob's Market - you might remember these because people line up for these babies!
