Bird Purse Continued

I would have posted a tutorial for this project, but my camera ran out of battery power. It is just as well anyway, since it was such an involved project that perhaps I needed my own tutorial to watch instead!

So here is the finished purse. Pretty cute I must say.

First Day writing, long overdue

For the most part, here is where I will post pictures, ideas and instructions for sewing projects (and other projects for that matter) because so many people ask me to and I need a forum to do it.

I love finding other sites, blogs etc. that contain pictures of the wonderful, creative projects others have done. I am always amazed at the ingenuity of the creative person. It never fails to remind me that I have so much to learn.

Some one I was on a sewing list for several years once wrote: Finished is better than perfect. Truer words have never been written. I try to take that to heart.

Today, I have plans to make the Bird Bag from Ottobre Designs.
